2. “What are your strengths?”（你的优点是什么？）
选择2-3个优点，每个都用证据支持。
弱回答： “I’m hardworking and honest.”
强回答： “I’d say my main strength is my ability to learn quickly. For example, when our school needed someone to manage the event registration system, I taught myself the software in just three days. I’m also dependable — as class monitor for two years, I never missed a single duty.”
3. “What are your weaknesses?”（你的缺点是什么？）
要诚实，但表明你正在改进。
弱回答： “I have no weaknesses.”（没人会相信这句话。）
强回答： “I sometimes struggle with public speaking because I get nervous in front of large groups. To improve, I joined the school debate team last year and forced myself to present in front of the class regularly. I’ve made noticeable progress, though I know I still have room to grow.”

肢体语言和表达

- 眼神接触： 说话和倾听时看着面试官。不需要一直盯着——自然放松的眼神接触就好
- 坐姿： 坐直但不僵硬。稍微前倾表示你感兴趣
